That’s why the Sypik Avatar is backed by our 6-month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modifications.
Your Sypik paddle is built to perform, and we’re here to ensure you can play with confidence.
Eligibility:
Register your paddle through NFC enabled after purchase to activate full warranty coverage.
This warranty is available for Sypik pickleball paddles in Australia & New Zealand.
Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser of the paddle. The paddle must have been purchased from an authorised retailer or directly from Sypik Australia. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers purchasing from unauthorised retailers are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Miscellaneous:
Sypik Australia holds the sole discretion to determine whether damage is covered under our warranty. If a defect is confirmed, Sypik Australia will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective pickleball paddle with a comparable model.
In the event that the original paddle is no longer available, we will provide a similar paddle of equal or greater value.
Replacement paddles are not covered under our warranty. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective paddle to Sypik Australia for inspection. Sypik Australia will cover the cost of shipping of the repaired or replacement paddle back to the customer.
